did this count as sexual harassment?

Me and my boyfriend were watching TV. Suddenly, he starts kissing me. He climbed on top of me so I couldn't move. I didn't want to kiss him because I was too uncomfortable but he carried on. I couldn't move because his body was on top of mine. He stopped after a short while but it left me terrified. I didn't want to kiss him, and I didn't want him forcing himself on me like that. Did it count as sexual harassment?

If you didn't enjoy it, of course it was counted as sexual harassment. Every person has right for their own personal space and right to decide what they want to do and what not. OYou should try to find a way to make yourself clear if you don't want to do anything, yell at him or something like that.

if you said no, stop, don't or anything like that or made any gesture of protest and he carried on, that's sexual harassment.

if you are underage and he is legal, that's sexual harassment

It's understandable and pretty common to freeze up in strange situations, but you need to find your voice and learn how to speak up when you don't like what someone is doing to you. You are completely allowed to tell your boyfriend to stop. You don't even have to be nice about it.
