Is this a good idea about my situation with my exgirlfriend?

I am trying to win back my ex-girlfriend with this letter and I need help if I need to fix anything in this situation. Its been 2 weeks since I have talked to her and I was thinking a good time to send it to her is when I return her stuff. Does that send a mixed message? What would you do? Should I just send the letter before her stuff or after her stuff.

dont send a letter.. try to meet up with her first if you really feel you need too.. if when you meet her tell her how you feel, I think a letter is the last resort. I would wait another couple weeks too.. what were the terms of the breakup?
