Foreign love

So here's how my story goes. Last weekend this guy asked me to the movies, he's a foreign exchange student. So i went expecting his whole group of friends to be with him, but when i reached there it was only him. During the movie he pulled a move, he held my hand throughout the last half of the movie. But i was always trying to get loose, texting and what not, looking for an excuse. After the movie, we walked. there was a fair going on and we were just walking around. He started to hold me at the waist. so i took out my phone pretending i had to call my mom. He had to catch a bus, so i gave him a hug and walked away but then he was like wait. so i truned around and was like what? then he just grabbed me a kissed me. Now, before all of this happened his bestfriend asked me out, also a foreign exchange student but from another country. But i turned him down. I have been ignoring him for the past couple of days, and you can see the urge in him. But for some reason i feel odd. Both foreigners are leaving in like a month and a half. One last thing, the foreigner that kissed me broke up with his girlfriend the day after and apparently he has cheated on her before. I dont know what to do, and my friends are so confused too. Is it possible that he's just playing me? Do the forreigners have a bet amongst each other on who can get the girl first? What do i do??

Er. Sounds like you don't have any interest in either "foreigner" (lol) so uh, just tell them to keep their dirty foreigner hands off you and continue to turn them down.
