Hi everyone. I'm just curious (sorry if there is already a thread like this!)
At what age did you lose your virginity, and how long were you with you partner before you lost it?
I am almost twenty and still have mine. I don't know if that's abnormal or not but I just haven't felt emotionally ready for sex, and I haven't had that many long-term relationships.

Lost mine when I was 17 after dating the same guy for 3 months.
The right person will make you feel comfortable enough to take that step, don't rush it.

Nothing to feel awkward about, losing virginity at that age wasnt unheard of amongst my friends.

It's about average amongst my group of friends too. I've just discovered as I have gotten older that it was really quite young, even though at the time I was completely sure I was ready. Now I realise I was mistaking impatience for readiness.

16. I wasn't allowed to date guys before this age but I had a boyfriend for a few months prior to turning 16 and on my 16th birthday we went for it.
Some people are drains and some are radiators... Keep clear of the drains and hug the radiators!

I was 12 she was 16 and I was with her for about 2 weeks church camp out of all places. Anyway it really doesn't matter what age you lose it, I went to a friend's wedding not to long ago and she was a virgin until 37 by choice.

I was 16, and i dated the guy for 3 month. To be honest though i haven't actually lost virginity then, since there was no hymen (membrane), when we did it (i lost that at 13 to fingers). so there was no pain, and no discomfort after. Anyway... I think when it comes to timing, it doesn't really matter if you're with the right guy, who makes u comfortable, but the problem with waiting for too long is that with time it will take longer for you to be comfortable with someone.
