My g/f seems to "peak" for about a week where she's constantly wet and needs to change her underwear several times a day. Is this prime time baby making week? Seems like the equivalency of a dog in heat.

Ha, my gf is similiar. She couldn't understand why 'give me your hand, feel how wet i am' led to me pouncing on her, lol.

Women's reactions to things vary from week to week depending on where they are in their cycle. I find that the 2nd week of a woman's cycle is often when they're most easily aroused typically.

It's either this or a sign that something happens down there. Is this happening every month ? Does it have "some" colours? Does it smell? Is it itchy? And so on and so on ... Does she go reguralry (at least 2 a year) to a gynecologist? If she thinks it's something suspicious, she should go and ask / do cytology and find out. She should do cytology 2 a year anyway ,for her own sake. If she doesn't tell her to do that, it's the best way to find about bad suprises on the time
