Im in sort of the same predicament, but Cybog does tell it like it is. If you haven't asked her theres really no way of telling. The easiest way to find out if she likes you is to pony up casually to her desk and ask her if she'd like to go to <insert good local first date spot> with you. If she says yes, shes interested; if she says no, shes not; if she appears uneasy and makes up some excuse, shes not; if she has a legitimate excuse and explains it a bit, she might be (and then youre in the same boat I am)

she has a big smile a face looks kind of blushed she sometimes looks into my eyes when she says it and sometimes looks down but still smiling

I'm appalled at why people ask questions when the answer is obvious. Some of our problems are messy or complex. This one is an easy answer, and you probably knew what it was when you posted, and just wanted validation. In the end, as Cyborg states, it matters not. If you think so, then check. Not checking is the same thing as rejection.
