Opportunism and stupidity unfortunately.
Sometimes all it takes is a small spark and then everyone else joins in.

Yes the rioting and looting is in direct response to the incident on Thursday. It's spread all across London (at least 14 boroughs) and now across the country; Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol and Liverpool. This is mainly youths and very unsettling.
