I'll make it really short.

PROs

• She told me to call her if I miss her while she's away (for the summer)
• She answer me when I call, even if I don't hide my number
• She talk to me when I call, even if she's busy (shopping, picnic with friends, etc) and she looks happy to talk to me
• She called me
• She told me she'll bring me back a gift
• 2 weeks before she left, she came to see me at work (we work at the same place), and she called too, but I wasn't there and I never knew what she want to tell me.
• She told me about a guy who doesn't want to get off her and that piss her off because she's not interested

CONs

• She never reply to me on FB
• Before she left, I asked her to go out for a drink, but she said she has too much things to prepare. (it was true, but still...)
• She never said anything reciprocal when I say things like "It was nice to talk to you" or "I miss you" or "take care"

This was the big lines.

How many actual interactions have you had? Phone calls, just text, in person coffee?

I didn't had the chance to see her outside our workplace yet, but I obviously do want to.
Outside work related calls, we talk on the phone once or twice a week, about 15-20 minutes long.
No texting because while she's out of town she didn't bring her personal cell phone because of the long-distance charge. We use the work cell phone to call (free of any long-distance charge)
(by the way, she's away for work purpose, on a special project)

I don't call her very often because I don't want to annoy her, just trying to keep the lines of communication until she come back.
