Cleavage is kind of more appealing than the breasts themselves. Like a tease.

He says as much as cleavage is lovely he prefers the sneaky peeks. Eg a woman bends over and you get the down the shirt glance... The buttons on a blouse gape and you catch a glimpse of bra... A gal wears a guys singlet and you get a nice view of side boob...
