Just out of interest; where did you all meet your current or ex-partner?

I met my wife through a friend.. we wanted to go to a place called Jumpstreet, kinda like a warehouse full of trampolines and jump around for an hour tons of fun. My buddies taillights didnt work on his car so he told his friend was gonna drive us and go with us. Me and her never would have hit it off though if my friend didn't break his foot with 5 minutes left in the hour giving me and her basically till 4 AM to talk and joke around between following the ambulance to the hospital and hanging out with him while they worked on him and her driving me home. She even beat me to the punch, I told her I was gonna hop the fence and go in the back of his house since the front was locked and to wait for me to come out to make sure I got in but before I could she asked for my number to "keep up to date on our friend" even though she had his #

20 years ago, I met my wife at a Renaissance Faire (THE Renaissance Faire) in northern California. I was there with my GF at the time. Saw her coming down the hill from behind the booth and asked my GF "Who's THAT?!" She rather dismissively said "Oh that's B______" and went back to her conversation... I just HAD to know who that was, so I went and introduced myself. We had a conversation that lasted about an hour. Found out she was married and had two kids, so we became really good friends. Talked to her about everything over the years.

I met my ex through one of my mates. He had no intention of hooking us up, he simply kept telling one stories about the other when talking about how he spent his time and stuff. Then he saw some pictures of me and insisted he meet me. My friend still curses the day he put us in touch and I still curse the day I agreed to go out with him.

Last girlfriend was online, but she doesn't really count.

The last meaningful relationship I had we'd already known each for 3 years, met through mutual friends and became part of the same 'group' ... lasted over 6 years.

In a way I regret having spent most of my 20s in just one relationship, but hey, there were good times, there were bad times.

I met my current bf at a tutoring class 17years ago... at that time I wasn't really friends with him, but was friends with his sister, but since they moved and we lost contact and we reunited 9years ago and we ending up going on a few dates and really enjoyed each others company and we started to going out since last year.
