I recently went on Match.com and found a random sample of 20 Asian American women and 20 white women. I found that about half of the Asian American women would only date white men, while 95% of the white women would only date white men.
I can understand white women staying with their own race, but the discrimination by Asian American women is disappointing to say the least.
-- Clarify: Do the Asian women on this forum agree with this statistic, and if so, why don't you want to date Asian men?

i only just found out that chinese people were asian.
and they are usually white or yellow.
im staying out of this thread before i say something racist.

It's a wierd thing. I live in south california with the largest Asian population in the US and have never seen a white girl with an Asian guy.

Eh, wrong. My brother dated a white girl for over 4 years. And the reason why i don't date Asian guys is because i'm not attracted to them physically.

In areas with a larger concentration of Asians, I would expect to see less interracial dating. Where I live (low concentration of Asians), there aren't many options for Asians (or other ethnic minorities) to date amongst themselves, and lots of the white people are so bored with looking at themselves, they seem to embrace anything different. (I live in Santa Clarita, BTW.)

this is such an awkward thread...
in all honesty, i wouldn't generalize by racial groups when it comes to your individual situation.
If you are trying to understand why asian or white women won't date you, maybe it's you...not the fact that you are asian or have asian features...it's not always because of looks...it's also about personality.
And personality cannot be lumped up into ethnicity, that's just plain stereotypical and flat out prejudice.
