Help :(

I just got a new job in a new office. I got close to the project manager. He lives about 200 miles away from me and when he is down the time is magical, I love spending time with him.

When I was in training I would go and talk to him when he was building the contact centre and ask about him and ask him to tell me anything I loved our talks in that situation.

We got close. I spend nights in the hotel with him cuddling up (I said no sex until I knew we were going to last and he was fine with that he liked the cuddles)

He went back to his home town I waved him off from the station and I cried. The week after I went up to his home town, I went to check into the hotel to find it was cancelled. He insisted I stay with him at his parents and we got along really well.

Now I come back to my home town, He announces he is back in my town which was a shock as I didn't know he was going to be there nor did he. It was a nice surprise. He asked me if I wanted to say with him at the hotel.

He comes into the office. I go over and give him a kiss (In private) My boss says she doesnt feel it is right an "Advisor seeing staff, they are much better. I'll stamp that out". She made out a report he was stalking and harrassing me and got a work colleague to agree. with the boss and made a statement. The colleague admitted this was forced out of her and was full of lies.

He then went from texting back straight away to little contact. Ive facebooked him and nothing. When he did reply he just said "Got to sort the rubbish out at work sorry saving my bum sorry love you xxxx" then texts have become less and such.

I love him I get the feeling he hates me. I don't want to loose him. My friends told me that I have and he will be sacked.

How can I tell him I love him and tell him it wasn't me. How can I sort this mess out?

Office relationships are never a good idea. But you committed the wrong by kissing him at work. Then you didn't have the decency to stick up for the dude. I think he would be wise to leave you.
