Just Help Me Figure This Out!!

I will try to make this brief. I am happily married to a wonderful man. It will be a year this December. One problem: stress is killing our sex life. It seems like a few weeks after the wedding ring went on, his sex drive stopped. He is open with affection, hugs, kisses, cuddling...all that crap. But it rarely leads to good action, and when it does, I am usually left disappointed. I really think he has erectile dysfunction brought on by stress. He is unable to work until this November, so he spends his days at home with the dog. He is not lazy by any means, he does everything that is necessary around the house, and helps his step-father with excavating projects and painting projects when he is able to. The problem is, my self esteem is so shot over all of this, that I don't know how to positively initiate things to try and "get him back in the game."
