The work rules state you cannot date someone at work. So, if you want to quit your job, ask her out. I think she does like you.

go to work, send her an email (if that's possible) and ask her to go out for lunch with you...
talk, laugh, have fun, ...
after that if it felt good, ask her out on a real date
nobody at work needs to know you 2 are dating
als jullie elkaar echt graag zien komt het wel goed

I spend hours with her when we were working together and I know one thing I never had that much fun with a woman before... (I even left my ex because I realised I was having WAY much more fun with her)

(I know stupid I didn't ask her phone number but I didn't want to ruin it, I thought I'll just wait a few weeks till I probably have another job but that stupid boss of mine put me on vacation)

just get her out of your workplace...
doesn't matter where you take her, as long as it is a bit cosy
the best thing to get there in your situation is to have lunch together (i think)
and if you don't want her or yourself to get fired, go out together in stead of meeting up at work
