So basically, my friend #1 had a crush on a really good looking guy and was talking to my other friend #2 about it (she also thinks he's good looking). But friend #2 mentioned to friend #1 that the good looking guy probably goes for "those pretty girls."

Should friend #1 be offended or anything?

What do you guys think?

Also, what do you guys think when a friend says something they don't like about your appearance?

I'm not female, so I can't answer your "key question"

But when someone says they don't like something about your appearance, that's their problem. They should take you for who you are.

On the other hand: when someone says to me that I have bad breath, I'm grateful for it. I hate it when people have really foul breath so I don't want to be someone like that.
But when someone says they don't like the fact that I have long hair..that's something they're going to have to live with

but when it's something like: i hate how your nose looks...
i'm not gonna pay thousands of dollars to get a nose correction!
