Should I ask her out, or wait?

I have been seeing this girl for like 2 months now. We where suppose to go on a data, but because of work, she could not make it that day. She told me that she would let me know what day. My question is should I wait for her to tell me or should I take a more aggressive approach? like ask her when she off and than ask if she wants to go out that night, or should i say nothing? the past dates we had, I pretty much planned and told her what day, so not sure if I should do this or wait. I was thinking I would not say anything this week, and if she didnt mention it that I would say something next week, but idk thinking I should just ask her this week.
