Is it possible to be friends?

Without going into much detail unless you read my previous threads, is it possible to just be friends with my ex girlfriend whom I was with for 11 months? I left her about a week ago after she was having difficulties deciding if she wanted to be with me or her ex bf. I dont expect us to be best buds or anything like that but is it possible that we can hang out with our big group of friends and it not be completely weird and/or awkward?

I respect tht she never cheated on me and that she kept me in the loop on what was going on in her head whether it was news I wanted to hear or not. Putting my love for her aside, I like her has a person and I can envision her and I being friends as we have much of the same interests and same sense of humor and all that junk, given our past is it possible for us to just be friends? I know that it wont be a while until we even see each other but in time Im just wondering.

Yes it is possible. Let some time pass first. I am now really good friends with my ex who I was with for 3 years but it took a good 2 years to get to that point.

a lot of times i find it when your friends you can still get your feeling burnt out. i think its best to go separate ways at 1st and if she or you decide to causaly talk every now and then thats good.

Yes it's possible but you both have to be drama-free about the whole thing.
