Wake Up has always tried to be nothing but helpful to me. At first I got a little upset at his/her bluntness but I soon realized that it was just the truth. Wake Up doesn't enable you by telling you what you want to hear...and sometimes that can be hurtful to someone who is in pain but in the end you realize he/she was right.
