This remind me (unfortunately) of something I saw yesterday. I was driving my car and I saw two guys crossing the street holding hands. The first guy was a slight build old dude maybe 5'6 ~43 with glasses. The second was a big fat kid maybe 6'2 270, ~19.

The kid looked slow, like the kind of kid that got picked on in school lots, maybe even retarded.

I tried to talk myself into thinking maybe the kid is just redarded, and the old man was helping him cross the street.

I know however that is just not the case. It the way the old man grabbed his hand like he was trying to make a statement, like he wanted people to see.

It was clearly the most repulsive couple I have ever seen, a sight I made an effort to suppress in my mind soon after the traumatizing incident.

And now I find this thread, and a memory that could have seen an early death has resurfaced in my mind.
