    Procrastination.

I'm wondering does anyone deal or has dealt with the issue of procrastination? This matter is increasingly becoming a problem. After being on holiday for 5 weeks and returning to shitload of coursework, I often putting it off for lesser-important things.

Also, if you have come across this problem, did you overcome it? If so, how?

Thanks for reading. Looking forward to any feedback possible.

Oh yes, most def. A lot of people go through this in one form or another. It's usually just a bad habit. But it's sometimes brought upon by things like stress, or anxiety. Hell even if you feel your not happy about an aspect of life.

Force yourself to do whatever it is you need to do, then be done with it. Feels better than a something during a something else. Forgot the saying.

I think the most common bit of advice is to break down what you have to do into easy chunks & then start by doing one chunk. Once you've started it's easier to keep going.

Having said that I'm the queen of procrastination & am considering applying for a degree in it!

I am almost permanently procrastinating and it's incredibly frustrating. People always say just force yourself to do whatever you should be doing but I just...cant. So, yeah, let me know when you've found a cure...
