    Just keep those expectations in check. Therapy is not a magic bullet. It will be 3 steps forward, 2 back. Hopefully.

    Good that your 1st foray looks promising tho.
    Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

    well INDI I am NOT thinking therapy is magic! we have to talk outside of there and I have known that, it has been my wife that "has" to go so if she keeps talking with me we will be good! I know I cant explain every thing to its fullest here but it has helped me have some where to "unload" and get some differant views as to what to do, or look for.

    My bad. Okay, then I guess *she* needs to realize therapy isn't magic. Its just one possible forum for the hard work that is sometimes required of marriage. Again, good luck.
