Does no contact rule work?

I was in a 4 year relationship with a great girl. But she broke up with me, mostly because I took her for granted. I pretty much begged for another chance for the first week. But she said it was too late, and that she needed time to be her self once again. I've been using the no contact rule for almost 3 weeks now, but I'm terrified of loosing her by playing these games! We truly loved each other, but the spark faded because of me.

*should I keep up the no contact rule?

*should I ask to meet with her and do my best to show her I've changed?

*Will the no contact rule work? Even though she dumped me?

*or should I just beg like I've never begged before?

*what would work on a woman? What would convince you to take me back??

The No Contact Rule is to help you get over her my friend....not to make them want you back. Its over and she told you this....It suck but its simply a part of life. You need to move on
