LA, thanks for raising the limit to 20 thanks per day. However, when will we be able to thank "old" posts again? I'm not online *every* day, and when I log back on and read posts older than 24 hours, I would like to be able to thank them. Is there a reason for which we aren't allowed to do that?

The reason is, some people were creating new accounts and then thanking themselves multiple times in order to make them look popular and profound, when in reality they are just total pricks. I wont mention any names, but it was boisdevie.

What's a "thanks attack"? Spammers who thank every single post for some reason? This might explain the number of thanks limit, but not the *time* limit for thanking posts.
