Get fat. Breasts are made of fat. I went up just shy of 2 cup sizes while dealing with a heart problem that kept me from exercising at all. I bought new bras a cup size bigger thinking that would be plenty and I find myself falling out of them or having the material dig in uncomfortably. Sadly though when you then go to lose weight it comes from there first and you get saggy breasts. Whenever I get back down my normal weight I'm having breast reduction surgery to get my nice firm low end Bs back.
