My boyfriend doesn't care about me anymore..?

We're both 17 and neither of us can drive, it's summer so we can't see each other. He's not allowed at my house because of his mom, and I hate her so I don't want to go over there. We were just texting and I said I wouldn't want to be there because it'd be uncomfortable and she's really abrasive and rude so it'd be unpleasant, you know? Then he told me not to complain when it's super easy to see him. And I said:
You know what? I'll be like you, I could care less I can't see you.
(Because that's how it seems, he just says don't complain) So he says:
"Okay haha"

I told him I was going to bed and he's like "Me too! Goodnight, Love you" like nothing even happened...I know he doesn't care about me anymore, lately he just doesn't make any effort to make me feel special, or to see me, or anything...I'm crying and he's happily sleeping. I've been with him for nearly a year and a half. What do I do? He always talks about our future together but through his actions he just doesn't care AT ALL.
