Maybe its better to let her be. Instead of you all over her try to get out of the picture. Eventually she will find it awkward and change will start from there.

I think woman have more to deal with that men. especially if she have been pregnant i think you need to shut up.
c ause that brings a lot with it also on her weight.

and you talk very negatively about her! damm!\

i think she got that from you. she needs to find out why she eats that much and at what moments.
and maybe seek therapy alone and one together with you.

so she can have the space to deal with her personal issues.

and you can encourage her also to do some activity by taking a walk after dinner or something or plan a swim day.
they sad people lose weight very easily when they swim,

I'd try to help her to lose weight. Here's an idea. Take her to one of those all you can eat restaurants. She obviously likes stuffing her face. Then tell her you're going to the bathroom but instead drive home. She'll have to walk home and that should burn a few calories. Try to choose a restaurant say 30 miles away.

How I appreciated your concern to her. ^_^ Well, have you confronted her about the outcome of her doings? I know how hard is it 'coz me too eat a lot, don't mind on what is its effect as long as I love it. But I do an exercise everyday. A brisk walk, and I'm on my normal weight. I also spend a lot and shop. So, for me, you can try to confront her the effect of her habit, 'coz if she wants to stop it, she can stop it, even me can stop myself if I only want too.
