If you assume you're just going to "get some" because she is single and wants to have drinks with you, then you're sadly confused on how the whole thing works. "Getting some" is entirely how you act and if you actually seem attractive to her when she is sober. I think you should try for a second date instead of sex right away, because I don't think you're just going to "get some" from too many girls who are sober. If this is your plan, I think you should hit the clubs and start hitting on girls around 1:00am, that is how you "get some".
