So I'm talking to my long distance girlfriend today on Skype and she suddenly asked me "we're friends right?" and I answered her with "if that's what you want" then she giggled and said "yeah, we're friends". I'm wondering if there's something that happened in her life, maybe she got with another guy? I'm kinda worried but at the same time I think I might be thinking too much. Can I get some advice?

Perhaps she got bored with the distance and found herself somebody that she can actually be with.

You should have asked her straight up, why she was asking you this.
But LDRs never work out. This falls into the category 'doomed internet relationships'.Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.
