Just for the record, this isn't correct. There were other reasons I declined her favor that had nothing to do with "screwing with her plans". The thought of her and someone else didn't kick in until after I had made that decision.

Doesn't matter why she wants the shift off - if she left you a "cutesie" note asking to switch shifts it's because she knows you'll switch with her because she likes you. DON'T do it... if you do, she will begin to do this regularly.
