Hell no, that's completely unforgivable. Now that's REALLY cheating on someone and it's unacceptable. If somebody did that to me, regardless of the circumstances, I would kick their slutty ass to the curb. No questions asked. If she kissed somebody else, I would probably break up with her because that's unacceptable behaviour while in a relationship. Hell, I wouldn't tolerate cheating of any kind, sex involved or not. Cheating is cheating if it romantically involves someone other than me.

And once a cheater, always a cheater.
Too few people never learn that.

Yes, I do classify it as cheating. However, in comparison to worse scenarios such as sex, I would deem it as forgivable.

I'm assuming you mean a full-on mouth kiss, then yes, its cheating. I have male friends who hug/kiss my cheeks when we greet or say goodbye. This is totally harmless. Unless you guys would argue otherwise. It's all about intent, IMO. And yes, sex is cheating, duh.
