Ok, so I work at a Home Depot. & there is this coworker that I've kinda grown to like. He is a cashier and works days and nights, (but mostly nights). I work overnights. So when we see one another its only for 2 hours. Our store closes at 10. Anyway, ive noticed he flirts with me and whenever he sees me he always says something. Mostly just being cute. But anyway, is it being too forward or would it weird him out do you think, if maybe i asked if we could exchange numbers? Also, should how should I go about asking him? I would really just love to get to know him better on a more personal level. I figured since we dont really come in contact at work that it wouldnt really hurt. I have a couple coworkers numbers (Guys).

go to your job to work, dont date co workers. when it gos bad it can effect you bad. private and at work. and its not professional.

It is true that it can be a problem to date someone at work. Anyway, I think you should go for it and give him your number. Guys love women that know what they want.
Just find an excuse to give him your number, like you need it for work or something and see what he does.
