This^ and weight train (resistance training, good for women), you will gain weight but in healthy muscle mass.

consume roughly 0.5 - 1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight. You may find it easier to achieve this goal by drinking protein shakes in between meals. Make sure to drink plenty of water to help your kidneys handle all that protein. Also, try to eat complex carbs such as sweet potatoes, oatmeal, grits, and brown rice.

    Avoid the use of weights.

    My favorite bodyweight exercises...

Deep squats without weights. Works all the leg muscles.
    Chin-ups.
    Pull-ups.
Leg raises on the bed while holding the pelvis tucked in or straight.. for abs.

Choose to eat whole natural foods and avoid gluten. :-)

Bodybuilding eating plan, eat 6 times a day. Even see nutrionist. Lots of carbs and low fat. Keep calm and sleep well. I think swiming will help big time too.

It depends, if you eat less calories than your maintenance level of calories you can actually lose weight(fat) while lifting weights. However, if you are looking to gain weight, lifting weights is very useful in gaining mass or good muscle mass. This is possible if you eat more calories than your body uses.

You just take concentrate on your diet and go for a gym also. You must take high fat and carbohydrates in your diet. For this purpose you must eat fast food and other fruits etc. You can also take some food suplements for this purpose. But You must take exercise daily with all.

if this is true you have a serious medical probem and should´t be consulted on forum but with medical specialist. In this condition exercise or amateur diet could damage your health even more. Go to see a doctor.

Just do pushups, pullups and sit ups... You don't have to lift heavy weight.
