can't get my things back

It's been over for awhile but some of my stuff was still over his house. I've called and asked him to just leave on my porch but he won't call me back or give my stuff back. I can't get it myself because of the amout of stuff I would need someone with a car (i don't have one). So, any sugesstions?

Ya I would use my brain on this one people you cant just sue when youre mad at someone or when they dont answer their phone. Be smart. Mail a letter saying you need your stuff back, make copies of the letter. There is some proof you tried. You always need proof in court so if you feel like going to court will be nessecary youll need all you can get.

yeah my friends are useless and the one people that i did have that would have done it, has been in 2 crashes in the last two weeks. Don't know when he's going to get the car back.

Pretty much Frasbee. You cant just walk in court and sue someone... you need the evidence.
