Yes because of no proof there is always the element of doubt. That does make it a bit more complicated. I do not know can I forget about it or the lies in general. I can go a long time without it bothering me but sooner or later something triggers it again and I rehash it all over. It is hard to fully forget about her past when I run into 3 or 4 guys she has slept with on a weekly basis. Or at weddings or nights out etc there is always some bit of her past there.

Who the eff cares how many partners she had or what kind of positions she had and with whom. Maybe all those times she had sex, she had her top on and not her pants. Or maybe she was flat chested and ashamed until recently she hit puberty. You are with her now and so you shouldn't let her past affect you. If you aren't comfortable with her 7 ex partners, then move on and find someone who wasn't so permiscuous.
