    Water for health!!!

    Well!!Water have own importance in our life.But we should be drink the water in more
    quantity because it is the best way for the weight loss and fat loss.The average man
    needs 2.9 litres, or about 12 cups of water, a day and woman needs about 2.2 liters.

    Also remember 1 thing also water is the reason of many diseases so water should be pure.....

    i do agree water is so important.

    avoid soft drink like coke and other chemical mixed drink..

    clean & plain water is all you need.

    Water is really important for our life. Drinking 8 to 9 glass of water is good for health, weight loss and is also good for skin.

    Water is vital for health and life so we must drink enough water to meet water loss through physical activities and to prevent ourselves from dehydration. Water boost our metabolism and helps in losing weight. Water makes our skin healthy, regulates body temperature and moisturizes our joints.

    This is so true! I always try my best to drink at least 8 glass of water. At first it's really hard but somehow I'm getting used to it.

    water is great! i stopped drinking soda and only drank water and lost 20 pounds in 2 months. but some times i do want to drink a soda but then i stop my self so i wont get attached to it again.

    I have given up soda about two years ago and mainly just drink water, coffee, and tea now. Everyone once in a while I have a Coke, but that's it. I still need to get used to drinking more though, I maybe drink 2-3 large glasses of water a day (not counting my two huge mugs of coffee in the morning).

    Absolutely right dear. I agree that water is most important for life. According to me you should drink water before take your meal or you should drink after 40 to 50 minutes. Do not drink cold water. Make sure that its some hot like 40 celsius grade. Also make sure that you drink water before to sleep and also in morning. Everybody should drink 8 to 10 glass of water in each day.
