I always fail at dating. It happens all the time: I'm talking to a girl I know, I hang out with her for some time, she seems to enjoy my company since she(sometimes) starts the conversations(reciprocal), she answers my messages in like 15 seconds; and then, after some time (two months standard) I tell her how I feel, and this is when things fall apart. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I know that sometimes things fall apart for no reason at all, but it happens all the time I date a girl! I don't know if it's me or them who is wrong, I'm afraid to try again, I'm afraid to be rejected...

Ok, your solution is simple. Don't wait two months to tell her what you want, after 2-3 times of hanging out with her, get that first kiss in.
