A New Year, a new outlook on life

My New Years Resolution to lose weight and stay in shape has been accomplished, and I only needed 1 month to go from around 215-220 ... down to 187.

I completely changed my diet and been exercising practically everyday for 1 hour.

Also, asked a girl out, even though my weight wasn't that great, but i grew some confidence the more i talked, and now fast forward to this today, and I'm quite in love with her, even if she's in a different country, i'll still try to make it work.

Now it's time for me to focus on my work, finish the last courses that i have delayed, and just maintain the physique that i currently have, so that I am happy in the end.

My outlook on life is quite positive these days, no matter the challenge, or struggles that might come my way, i have to persevere, and make sure i reach my goals and start the life that i always wanted.
