What Next?

I found out girl i work with likes me by co workers. So at the end of the night i asked her out to eat. She said yes, so we go. After we're done we stay talking/flirting. I dont know how it happened but it ended up me saying

Me: You like me then?
Her: Do you like me?

Then i just go in for the kiss. This is where im confused. She says "ok" and kinda pushes me away. It got little akward but not really. But before we leave she asks if were still going out saturday.

**Sidenote**: during out night we made plans to go out saturday.

Later that night she texts me saying

TEXT: i didnt mean to push you away

i sad not to worry about it and and we kinda just "small talk" sms for a little.
**is there a proper name for that?**

So my question is what the hell happened? Did i go to fast maybe?
What next? i cant go for it again since she pushed me away last time.
Whats my next move?

I know work relationships are not a good idea, but it happened. Ill be seeing her this saturday,

Some people kiss on the first date, at least the end. Some people don't kiss until later. Kissing before the first date is ridiculously aggressive and awkward. Slow down.

Just go with the flow Saturday and see how it goes.. If she kisses you sat-great your back on track. If not-forget her.

yea i know, its not a good idea, but it got the point where both of us knew we liked each other that it started to get really akward thanks to coworkers.
