Best=the one on the far right, IMHO.
Worst=the one kneeling in the middle, again IMHO.
The one on the far left looks kind of like Dan Bălan, LOL.Be the change you wish to see in the world -

This is entirely subjective. What one woman finds attractive another will not.
What the *HELL* kind of lens did you use on that picture? The fisheye from hell?!

In my opinion?
The best is the second from the left... DAMN is all I can say in regards to his looks. The second best would probably be either the one in the maroon pants in the very middle or the one directly to his right (in the dark blue shirt you can clearly see the buttons on). The one on the ground, to me, looks like he's in pain. The one in the grey shirt looks too happy. The one in the purple shirt with the drink would be good looking if he didn't have the creepy half smile looking at the guy to his left (the one I labeled the best). The one all the way to the left would probably come in third, to me, followed by the blonde all the way to the right.
That's just my opinion, though. Definitely glad that almost all of them have black hair, though; I can't stand the stereotypical beach blonde on guys.
