My name is Amy, and I am trying to cope with a broken heart. It's been unbelieveably rough on me. I tend to go into shut down mode, and find myself feeling lonely a lot. Ok, more like all the time. I'm looking for support, and maybe ways to cope with this. Because I'm not doing so well coping by myself.
