If you have between 20 to 50k to start a business, what would you invest in?
Me and a couple of friends are thinking of starting one but need ideas from you guys. Would help alot! Thanks yeah~

I'm looking into it as well. Coffee Shop is one i'm thinking about. I know quite a few people who've had a lot of success so we'll see.

Your question isn't clear. Do you want to start a business, or do you want to invest? If the question is an example of how you and your buddies are thinking about it, you probably don't want to try to start, then run, a business just yet.

Oh sorry. Guess i didn't phrase it right. What i meant was starting a business so we're brainstorming ideas into what we should put our money into, a business that would work out. Some of my ideas include fashion and food..

My Dad owns a CNC machining shop. Use the money and some more from a loan and start something like that. He brings in clean at least 20-25k a month.

it's really hard. i would want to start a restuarant, but those are very shakey.
when i was younger, in elementary school, i always wanted to buy the mcdonalds that was near my house. i know that it would cost a lot more than 50K, but hey, i was young and i had a dream.

Well i've thought about it and restaurant competition here is really high and the chances of it working out is dim unless its unique. Most probably i'm starting out on fashion. Small scale at first and planning is still in progress.

Who do you want to cater to? Like demographics, etc?

Fashion as in designing clothes and custom sneakers where customers could design their own sneakers. Other stuffs include belts, caps, snowcaps, and such. People here tend to follow japanese fashion. Originally Posted by artyemi
