She might want to stop but find it hard to control herself cause addiction to internet leads to addiction to porn and thats leads to masturbation. Now she thinks that shes weak and cant stop the circle because she dont see it. That leads to low confidence and low energy and that leads to not so great looks.

Well I gave only two samples, but you have a point too. People in relationship do masturbate sometimes and its way to get off without pressure worrying how to satisfy your partner because only person who needs to feel good is you.
