Can you give us some more info please? How old are you both? What are there reasons for being against you both?
If your both adults then I agree with pcmaster-parents cannot control your life. However if your like 15-its a different story.

What are there reasons for not wanting you to be together? Do they not trust him? Do they think hell hurt you? They may have your best interests at heart.
However if it is a cultural or religious reason for not wanting you to be together or if it has something to do with money-then you should tell them its your life and your decision.

davonr - I see you are from India. There are very different cultural mores there than in America. You haven't shared what objections your parents have. Love is often blind. Is there anything valid about what your parents are saying? Ann
