Had a rough week with work and I've been annoyed that things didn't work out with a new girl I was seeing.
Anyway I was out for a late night run having trouble sleeping.
Who do I see but my ex with her group of friends and another guy. (He is part of the group of friends.)
I Panicked.
I said 'Hey' - She ignored me.
So I said something I shouldn't have said...abit loud.
Might have called her a bitch. I completely panicked and with everything going on right now seeing her with another guy just made my night as bad as it could get.
I asked is this who you are seeing. She said does it matter. They wern't holding hands or anything but I presumed the worse.
I made a BIG mistake.
I've text her and inboxed her to apologise and to say i've had a shit week.
Feel like utter rubbish now!

You've apologised, so the only thing you can do now is put it in the past. Keep your eyes on the future and don't dwell on the past.
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.

I understand how you feel. It is normal. It is important that you apologized, I'm sure she also feels bad that you have seen she moved on fast. Good luck with the new girl
