    Hey. It's awesome you're feeling better. What helped me when I was/am feeling down is listening to music corresponding with my mood. For example, now I'm feeling pretty optimistic and somewhat happy and listening to "Macy's Day Parade" makes me feel even happier. Other than that, hanging out with friend, doing whatever you love. I'm starting to play guitar so I can seek refuge in it if there will be need. Running is pretty good for that too. If you just can't hold emotions that are in you, then there's nothing wrong in crying.

    I just finished reading this book, Dating for Divorced, and found it extremely helpful. It made me feel better about myself.
    I definitely recommend to anyone who is recently divorced and looking to get themselves back on track!
