Never asked for advice before but what is she thinking?

Thanks again for all the responses. You have given me lots to think about.

I don't think I have painted quite the right picture. She isn't lazy. She works very hard, does lots of housework, see friends when she can, and would do whatever was best for any future children. She just seems apathetic about things I say to her about me and us. I just don't think she is the type of person to look deeply into anything.

Well there you go then. The only thing left to decide is if this is who you think you can be satisfied with for the next 10, 20, 30 etc or so years? Make the decision before you have kiddies.
