Do you feel obligated to text your s.o. every day?

My girl and I see each other a decent amount. There's days where I have nothing to say so I won't text pretty much all day. Eventually I do but not right when I wake up. There's days where if I don't text her right away she texts me and we talk (which i like that she initiates). But do you feel obligated to always be texting her?

Obligated? No. Do I *want* to? Yes.

eventually you run out of things to talk about. a few texts a day or a phonecall is enough on the days you dont see each other

No, not all day long as I may be busy and so may he and I believe in space, but yes, communication everyday If we are in a relationship then I expect to hear from you everyday even if its a quick hello or something. Or a text, checking on one another vice versa.

Obligated, no, do I choose to, yes, but once or twice a day, not an on-going conversation, and there's rarely any expectation on either side that the other will be immediately available to respond right away.
