So I been with my girl for 4 months. we have a terrific relationship, but somedays I can tell I'm being very needy and clingy. I try not to but I just can't help it. I feel so strongly about her. I always think if I just play it cool and don't hold her hand or say cute things she will think i'm being cold. I try to be relaxed but i just cant do it.
can someone please give me tips

Has she indicated that she's not ok with the level of contact? If she isn't, and you want more, you're probably just not compatible. If she hasn't... what's the beef? Don't try to be a "cool guy" that doesn't do that shit. Women usually love guys that can show their feelings.
