so we had a week off together. spent the whole time as a couple having nice days out. no real reason to be worried. few things cropped up we argued about but nothing that really said he has been in contact with her. back to work this week so been abit concerned. today is friday so typically his early day n again he said they were too busy to do so. left at his usual time instead of half hour early. am i being ridiculus to think he lied to see her for bit after work?

If he doesn't want to lose you, most likely he would lie about that to you. If you don't have trust in a relationship, you will only go downhill. Either you decide to accept what he tells you and move on with him, or do not accept his story and move on without him. After 11 years, you should know this man the best and be able to tell if he is being honest.

he has a work do in a couple of weeks. hes asked if i would be happy for him to go if not he wont. he says she wnt be there as its a departmental thing. i know i have to 'let go' at some point but know i am gonna be really worried. any opinions?
