Personality, I won't progress with someone, if she don't have this.
Trust, we have to be able to, when we hang out with friends and to make it work.
Humor, laugh as much as possible, making it a friendly interaction.
Interests, some to be similar, but I'd rather various new ones that haven't been on my mind
Social, I don't want to carry the conversation
Honesty, I will tell it like it is, and she has to as well, even if the truth hurts
Active, be exercising, I don't want to stay in the house, so she has to be full of energy, anything outdoors or various others
